Desert Breezes Resort, Palm Desert

My stay was a mix of highs and lows. The location is quite convenient with shops and restaurants nearby, and the amenities like the pool were nice. However, the Wi-Fi issues were a major frustration, and I felt let down by the lack of customer service follow-up. For the price, I expected better communication and a more attentive approach to guest concerns.
